Stretch Film

As products are wrapped for shipment, most people think they are using "shrink film”. To identify what it is customers are truly looking for, we ask the the following question - "are you wrapping a pallet or are you wrapping individual products"? If your wrapping a pallet, you are indeed looking for stretch film. Calling it the wrong name is certainly easy to do but the proper name for the product we are outlining in this post is stretch film.

Stretch film comes in 3 different manufactured varieties - Blown, Cast & Micron. The graphs inserted here show you the weight limitations and what gauge is recommended (in skid weight). Additionally, they also show the overall quality of each type.
